Receiving email that has been erroneously blocked

For email items that have been identified as spam on our systems that do not make it into your email client program (ie, Outlook, Outlook Express, etc), you can now report those messages as "Not Spam".

For items in the Bulk mail folder in Webmail click on the email that was blocked then you will see a Not Spam link which moves the mail into your Inbox and lets USFamily.Net know the item was not spam (. This will move the specified email to your normal Webmail inbox, and will allow your email client program to download the specified email messages to your computer.
