What is Webmail?

Webmail allows you to check your e-mail from an Internet browser (such as Chrome) from any Internet connection in the world. If you are using your own personal computer, it is preferable to set up an email program, but when you need to access your email from a computer that does not belong to you, webmail is the appropriate option.

USFamily.net email customers are allowed to receive nearly unlimited amounts of email if they are accessing via POP3, because we limit POP3 only by the age of the email, and the history is stored on the customer's computer in the folders of an email program.

Customers accessing via IMAP where the history is stored on our servers are limited by a quota which may be adjusted in MyAccount.

Reporting spam may be done by dragging the email from the INBOX to the Junk folder. Reporting emails that were incorrectly characterized as Junk may be done by moving the email from the Junk folder back to the INBOX.
