How to configure SMTP Authenication

If you use another company for your e-mail and you use that e-mail address with an e-mail client such as Outlook or Outlook Express, you will need to change your settings slightly in order to be able to send mail.

NOTE: To successfully setup SMTP Authentication, you will need a USFamily.Net email address to authenticate with our email servers. If you do not already have one, you can get one online by going to My Account, or by contacting us.
