Advanced Settings - Edit your Whitelist and Blacklist

You can log into the Advance settings of your webmail to adjust the Whitelist and Blackliist settings for your mail box.

1.) Log into webmail and click on the Settings Icon from the top menu bar.

2.) This will bring you to the settings menu. Here, click on Mail Filtering Options.

3.) Click on Email Address Filter. Here you will be able to adjust the whitelist and blacklist settings for your mailbox. You can do this by particular email address or for entire domains. Whitelist = Accepted Email Address or Domains. Blacklist = Rejected Email Address or Domains.
