When the Actiontec Main Menu appears, click on Manual Setup

Click on Next

1. Select PPPoE from the list of ISP protocols shown.
2. Enter you Username and Password that we have supplied you - if you don't have your username and/or password, please call 763-222-1000
3. Click on Apply

When you click on Apply, you should get a window that pops up, click on OK to continue

Wait until the Power LED on the front of your modem stops flashing before continuing. Once the power LED has become solid, click on the blue HERE link on the screen

Adjust the VCI setting from the default 35 to 32, then click on Apply

Now, wait until both, the Power LED and the Internet LED have stopped flashing on the front of your DSL modem, this may take a couple minutes. Once they have gone solid, you should be able to go onto the internet
