Support > Updating DNS information - Advanced Use Only
Go to the Start Menu
Select Settings
Select Control Panel
Double Click on Network
Select the TCP/IP -> Ethernet Adapter from the list of installed components
Click on Properties
Click on the tab labeled DNS Configuration
Select the listed DNS address(es) one by one and remove them
Click on the DNS Server Search Order field and enter: 64.131.63.8, then click on Add
Click on the DNS Server Search Order field and enter: 64.131.63.159, then click on Add
Click on OK to close TCP/IP Properties
Click on OK to close the Network window
Insert the Windows installation CD when prompted; If you do not have the windows installation CD (or cannot find it), some hardware vendors installed the needed files one of the following folders "C:windowsinf", "C:windowsoptionscabs" or "C:winntinf"
