Support > Update DNS Information to DHCP - PREFERRED

  • Go to the Start Menu
  • Select Settings
  • Select Control Panel
  • Double Click on Network and Dial-up Connections
  • Right-Click on Local Area Connection and select Properties from the sub menu
  • Double Click on Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)
  • Select "Obtain a DNS server address automatically"
  • Make sure "Obtain an IP address automatically" is also selected
  • Click on OK to close Internet Protocol Properties
  • Click on OK to close Local Area Connection Properties
