Support > Updating DNS information - Advanced Use Only

  • Go to the Start Menu
  • Select Settings
  • Select Control Panel
  • Double Click on Network and Dial-up Connections
  • Right-Click on Local Area Connection and select Properties from the sub menu
  • Double Click on Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)
  • Remove the numbers for Preferred DNS Server and Alternate DNS server
  • Enter the address 64.131.63.8 in the Preferred DNS Server field
  • Enter the address 64.131.63.159 in the Alternate DNS Server field
  • Click on OK to close the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window
  • Click on OK or Close to close the Local Area Connection Properties Window
