Viewing Bulk Email Messages

By default your Bulk (SPAM) filter is set to place all your bulk messages into a Bulk folder. If you use an email client program, you will never download or see those messages. If you wish to check the messages we think are bulk mail messages, you have two options.

  1. Log into Webmail and select the 'Bulk' folder.
  2. Change your SPAM Filter setting. This is also available from My Account.
