E-mail > IMAP Email - Client Setup (IMAP requires administrative setup - please call to confirm)
Windows 10 Mail
- Open up Windows 10 Mail
- If you have no email accounts set up, click Add Account
- If you have other email accounts set up, select the cog icon (Settings), select Accounts, then Add Account
- Select Advanced-setup
- Select Internet email
- Fill in the following fields:
- Email address: YourAddress@Example.com
- Username: YourAddress@Example.com
- Password: YourPassword
- Account name: YourAddress@Example.com or a name you wish to use to identify the account
- Send your messages using this name: YourName
- Incoming email server: mail.usgo.net
- Account Type: Select IMAP4 (POP3 if you wish to use the older access method)
- Outgoing (SMTP) email server: mail.usgo.net
- Check the following boxes:
- Outgoing server requires authentication
- Use the same username and password for sending emails
- Require SSL for incoming emails
- Require SSL for outgoing emails
