How order USFamily.Net DSL service If you currently have Qwest telephone service, or currently have Qwest DSL service, you can order DSL service easily with our online order form. USFamily.Net will take care of the ordering process from start to finish for you. As an alternative, you can contact Qwest and tell them you would like to switch to USFamily.Net as the Internet Provider for your DSL line. Qwest will give you a due date for completion of the switchover. When the conversion to USFamily.Net is complete, you will need to configure your DSL modem to work with our service. We have tutorials available online to help you do this, or you simply contact us, and we've be glad to help.
