- CALL FORWARD BUSY: Forwards your calls to our system when your phone line is busy. If you're online, we'll send you an alert.
- DO NOT request unconditional forwarding! Unconditional forwarding sends all calls directly to our system without ringing the telephone.
Call Forwarding Fees
Most telephone companies charge a small, monthly fee for the necessary call forwarding features. The average fee is $1-$2 per month. Some companies may also charge a small set-up fee. Please make sure to discuss these charges with your telephone company when setting up your telephone service. USFamily.Net is not responsible for these charges.
