Telephone Feature Requirements

In order to benefit from the full In Touch Call Manager experience, the following call forwarding feature is required on your phone line so In Touch can notify you of incoming calls.

  • CALL FORWARD BUSY: Forwards your calls to our system when your phone line is busy. If you're online, we'll send you an alert.
  • DO NOT request unconditional forwarding! Unconditional forwarding sends all calls directly to our system without ringing the telephone.

Call Forwarding Fees
Most telephone companies charge a small, monthly fee for the necessary call forwarding features. The average fee is $1-$2 per month. Some companies may also charge a small set-up fee.  Please make sure to discuss these charges with your telephone company when setting up your telephone service.
