DSL > DSL Setup
Configure Actiontec DSL Modem (Actiontec Firmware) This is the configuration guide for most Actiontec DSL modems using the Actiontec firmware. If you have USFamily.Net DSL service within Minnesota, and your username does not start with DSL-W, please go here to configure your modem. If you need help configuring your DSL modem to connect to the Internet, please contact us. 1) Access the Actiontec gateway's web interface by entering the IP address 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of a web browser. If you have a screen showing the Qwest logo, please go here to setup your modem.2) Click on Setup / Config. 
3)Select Advanced Setup from the menu. 
4) Click on Begin Advanced Setup. 
5) Click on Next 
6) This will bring up the WAN IP Address screen. From here, select Obtain an IP Address through DHCP from the list of options. 
7) Click on Next. 
8) Click on Save and Restart at the bottom left of the screen, then your will need to click on "Save and restart" on the next screen
